After beyond I don't know how to get the missing blueprints I need to build the tecnologies. for example I don't know where to go to get the cobalt mirror blueprint. The alien npc stations on the planet are disappeared, in 2 hours landing on the planet I cound't find anything. I can't find the buried tecnologies or the damaged space ships neither. You need to complete blueprint quest lines. It's pretty far down the chain of quests, and you'll need to build the various stations in your base and hire the questgivers for your base and do what they tell you. Towards the end you get the landing pad as well as the base trade station blueprints among others.

The distance that worked for me was 130u, a substantial distance. I have to fiddle with the positioning a bit before the pad turns green and can be attached.
Maybe a call him for not spoiler, questgiver, give random blueprint even for building, but normally is during the quest of building overseer you get landing pad. Yeah it was like this for me in my first playthrough, but this time I only got some B module and then got the landing Pad from the base computer.

When i return to overseed with Gravitation ball he repeats same part of dialod over and over and instead of landing pad blueprint he gives me some starship tech!!
Dont need to glitch them anymore. Just put down a floor piece, a low wall piece upwards. Keep camera straight and drop the landingpad on top. The cover it with flooring from the top of the low wall.
